Yue Safy has an inspirational message to his teammates after Phnom Penh Crown went down 1-0 to Soltilo Angkor at the Siem Reap Stadium in a frustrating match of which they were in full control.

The center-back is hopeful that the Red Singha can learn from their previous mistakes to get better ahead of the visit of Kirivong Soksen Chey this Sunday as they look to win three points from the Takeo-based side.

Team spirit and mentality are keys that the 18-year-old born has urged his side to maintain for the entire match as finish is another aspect Phnom Penh Crown must improve to find their fine form back.

Yue Safy told ppcfc.com: “Our preparation is to improve our team performance as we are working hard to fix the issues from our previous games.

“It’s easier to play at home as we can apply our game plan effectively, but it’s a bit hard to play away from home due to the pitch condition.

“We must improve in all areas. Our finish needs to be more effective, and sometimes we need luck.

“We need to maintain our team spirit as well as individual player’s mentality. During the game, it’s important to encourage each other to keep our fighting spirit.

“We must give our all and keep fighting till the end. We can’t give up.”
