The Metfone Cambodian League will resume early next month, and Phnom Penh Crown have returned to training in group since Monday last week after receiving permission from the Cambodian National Competitions Committee.
The Red Singha right-back Sok Panha, who has yet to feature for the club this season, promises to work hard to fight for his chance to play in the upcoming matches.
The youngster, who was promoted from the Phnom Penh Crown Academy to the first team in 2018, remains patient and will always respect Red Singha coach Sum Vanna’s decision.
Sok Panha told ppcfc.com: “We had a great start to the new league season, and for players it’s not easy to get the chance to play as everyone is working really hard to keep their place. For me, I will keep working hard, and I won’t give up. I can wait, and I’m looking forward to the chance to play.
“Of course, there’s always room for me to improve, and I always give my all and try to improve. I always respect the coach’s decision, so I still wait for my chance. I’m ready anytime he needs me, and I will do my best to make the coach trust me.”
