Phnom Penh Crown can confirm that Brazilian forward Darlan Martins has left Cambodia for Brazil to receive treatment from a serious shoulder injury he has picked up recently.
The 25-year-old, who joined Phnom Penh Crown in December last year, was left injury after the Metfone Cambodian League opener few weeks ago before deciding to spend time on rehabilitation in his hometown.
Since joining Phnom Penh Crown, Darlan Martins has played eight pre-season friendly matches and scored seven goals. He also made his first league debut on March 16, when the Red Singha went down 3-2 to Boeung Ket in the Cambodian Classic Match. We all at Phnom Penh Crown wish the forward a quick recovery and return to football field as soon as possible. The club will offer more information once we receive new update on Darlan Martins’s injury issue.
